Panorama Braník in the Real Estate Project of the Year 2025 competition

We are delighted to participate in the prestigious domestic Real Estate Project of the Year 2025 competition, which showcases residential development projects in individual regions of the Czech Republic.

Panorama Braník is a modern apartment building located in the popular Prague 4 – Braník district. The project stands out not only for its architectural design, but also for its thoughtful location, which ensures distance from the surrounding buildings, providing residents with peace and privacy. An integral part of the architects’ assignment was the appearance and functionality of the common areas, especially the entrance areas. Panorama Braník is unique for its beautiful views of Prague and Prague Castle. Currently, 50 % of the apartments have already been sold. Take a look at the floor plans here.
