We started construction on the Panorama Braník residential project with unique views of Prague

The new 14-story Panorama Braník apartment building in Prague 4 will offer 77 apartments and 7 commercial units. Interested parties can choose from a wide range of apartments, from 1+kk with 30 m² up to 5+kk with an area of approximately 120 m². We plan to complete the project by the end of 2026.

Fetters.

Advantages of the Panorama Braník project include large-format windows, which bring plenty of light into the apartments and offer a unique view of Prague. Overheating of the interiors will be prevented by external blinds, the installation of which is part of the project. All apartments have a cellar, and most of them have a balcony, terrace, and indoor parking space. Apartments with a layout of 4+kk and 5+kk have the option of two parking spaces.

The building is designed in accordance with the principles of green architecture. The roof of the shops on the ground floor will be planted with vegetation, which will reduce overheating of the building and diversify the views from the upper floors. A retention tank for rainwater will be used to irrigate the greenery. Flower pots integrated into each balcony and terrace will allow for the cultivation of larger plants, enlivening the facade along its entire height and ensuring a timeless and tasteful appearance for the building.

The project includes the modification of the adjacent intersection of Údolní and Vavřenova streets in cooperation with Prague 4 municipal district and BESIP. The plan is to incorporate a bus stop bay, lighting for pedestrian crossings, and overall improvement of traffic visibility. 

The advantage of revitalizing a built-up area is the existence of civic amenities, which the Panorama Braník project can build on. Unlike projects that are being developed on the outskirts, everything is practically within reach here. Schools, kindergartens, bike paths, greenery, and public transportation, as well as shops, restaurants, and recreation in the water biotope.
